Research has proven that Queen and David Russell overdoses combined result in a healthy, happy Gallifreyan. (If these are not strong enough, consider Adam Young, Benedict Cumberbatch, David Tennant, Matt Smith, Fringe, Merlin, Sherlock, Doctor Who, et cetera. Also, sniffing Khan's hair has proven to be quite therapeutic to the soul.)
